How Challan Lens works
Challan Lens is an independent redesign concept for Parivahan Sewa’s eChallan service, piloted in Karnataka. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Parivahan, or Bengaluru Traffic Police.
It is a preparation layer before an official payment or grievance, not a replacement for official lookup, payment, or submission. It compares synthetic record fields, asks what only the citizen can confirm, and explains the basis and limitation of every result. It is not a government service or legal-advice tool.

What it cannot do
- Verify or authenticate a real challan
- Decide guilt or promise cancellation
- Submit a grievance, send email, or make a payment
- Confirm the exact Gazette wording of the 2026 rule
- Confirm how Karnataka applies Rule 167 to every case status
